While I was at the retreat last week they began work on the second floor. You can see where they are getting ready to pour the cement for the floor beams. and where they have yet to reach. It is an amazing maze of bamboo, wood, metal, and soon to be cement. I'm still amazed at the process as I've never seen a building like this go up and so watching each step is quite intriguing to me.
